1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our VR gaming center services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings must be made at least 1 hour in advance
• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Cancellations made 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are not refundable
• No-shows forfeit their booking fee

3. Safety and Equipment Use

• Users must follow all safety instructions provided by staff
• Equipment must be handled with care
• Users are liable for damage caused by misuse
• Minimum age requirement: 13 years
• Users under 18 require parental consent

4. Health and Safety

Users acknowledge that VR gaming may cause:

• Motion sickness
• Disorientation
• Eye strain

Users with pre-existing medical conditions should consult a doctor before using VR equipment.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior towards staff and other users
• No harassment or inappropriate conduct
• No food or drinks near equipment
• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions

6. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Personal injury during normal use
• Lost or damaged personal belongings
• Technical issues beyond our control

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
